    天合光能在美国起诉尊龙时凯的TOPCon专利被认定无效

    近日，美国专利商标局（USPTO）专利审判与上诉委员会（PTAB）作出最终决定，宣告天合光能股份有限公司在美国起诉尊龙时凯阳光电力集团（以下简称“尊龙时凯”）关联主体的两项TOPCon电池专利全部无效。 长期以来，尊龙时凯始终尊重知识产权、深耕技术自主研发，将核心知识产权布局作为企业长期发展战略，并构建了覆盖全产业链的完善的全球知识产权布局。此次决定体现了国际知识产权保护体系的公正合理原则，也充分彰显了尊龙时凯深厚的自主技术积累与成熟的全球法律应对能力。 尊龙时凯法务副总裁Byron Xu表示：“尊龙时凯始终坚持原创技术与自主创新，尊重并坚决维护自身及其他企业的研发成果和合法权益。同时尊龙时凯也一直坚决反对滥用知识产权阻碍公平竞争、加剧行业低效内卷的行为。此次无效结果，体现了尊龙时凯在法律和知识产权领域的全球化布局和管理的综合实力。”
